If a cancellation request is made after the pickup of garments but before the service begins, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the invoice value will apply.
Please note that cancellations are not permissible once the service on the garments has commenced.
In cases where cancellation is requested after the arrival of the pickup executive, pickup charges may be applicable.
