1. Delivery Times
Laundry deliveries will be made within 72 hours.
Dry-cleaning garments will be delivered within 120 hours.
Urgent delivery of garments will be charged at 100% extra.
2. Free Pickup and Delivery
Laundry orders weighing 6 kg or more are eligible for free pickup and delivery.
3. Delivery Delays
We make every effort to deliver clothes on time; however, if delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will keep you updated on delivery times.
4. Examination of Garments
Customers are asked to examine garments upon delivery.
5. Responsibility for Garments
We are not responsible for the garments’ fastness, color running, shrinkage, or damage to embellishments or embroidery work during the manufacturing process.
Take It Clean makes every effort to remove stains, but cannot be held responsible for stubborn and unremovable stains.
All articles are accepted at the customer’s risk.
6. Collection of Garments
If the garments are not collected within 15 days of the scheduled delivery date, we will not be held responsible for their upkeep.
7. Liability
We accept no liability for any clothing loss or damage caused by fire, burglary, or other means.
8. Tariff and Pricing
The tariff for garments will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the complexity of the garment. The rates listed in the price list are only indicative and minimal.
Our prices may differ from store to store and city to city.
9. Cleaning Methods
We will clean the garments in the best manner that our technicians deem appropriate. We will use a variety of cleaning methods, including wash-in emulsifiers, detergents and softeners, soft wash for delicate garments, and technologies such as perchloroethylene and hydrocarbon.
10. Social Media and Promotions
We are digitally active across all social media platforms.
We may use images of your clothing for promotional purposes.
11. Jurisdiction
All disputes are limited to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
